Solstice: Fire & Compassion

Honour the sacred rituals of Solstice and the Fire element with this short practice. You’ll move through gentle heart openers, embodied yin, free movement and guided imagery. Empty your heart and fill your being with the radiant strength of Midsummer Sun.

You will need a bolster/cushion/blanket and the playlist, which is below. If you don’t have Spotify, put on some music that fills you with joy. Enjoy.
