Symbols of Awakening (March 26 – May 7) is a 7-week immersion into the wisdom of depth psychology, dream weaving and the symbolic realm of soul—from the inside out.

Throw away the interpretative texts. Step beyond rationalisation. This is for the seekers who have questioned, studied, analysed… and are now ready to feel, embody and re-animate.

Together, we will invoke, honour, and sanctify five symbols of awakening, as they emerge from the deep well of your inner knowing.

This is a space for the curious, the wyrd, the magical. A place to meet the unseen with reverence. To let something take shape… to materialise from your longing.

And to do so in a held container of devotees, the curious, those who are ready to meet the beyond with intuitive intimacy.

Lately, my Dreams have been filled with thresholds.

Thresholds often appear in the symbolic realm as doorways, bridges, the edge of a dark forest. The crossing of a river. The entrance to the dark womb.

How are thresholds appearing for you?

We experience the felt sense of a threshold somatically—through the outermost layer of our skin, the meeting place between inner and outer landscapes. From there, thresholds ripple outward into kinospheres and inward through layers of tissue, muscle, marrow.

What awaits you at these thresholds? Can you recognise when you need to turn away, when you long to linger, and when you are truly ready to cross over?

What if the threshold is not (always) asking to be crossed—but to be met?

This is what we will explore in Sunday’s SYMBOLS OF AWAKENING workshop—meeting the charge of the threshold as it opens and closes within the collective field. The Equinox. Eclipse season. Aries season.

And how it is arising—or ceasing—within you.

This is not about interpretation or knowing, but about meeting what is alive in the group mind, the somatic unconscious and the soul realm.

Through guided embodied exploration, you will tap into your inner wisdom and trust your intuition to connect with the symbol of the threshold.

This can help you unlock deeper meanings behind Dreams, signs and synchronicities, developing the symbolic and embodied language of soul.

The High Priestess sits at the threshold between the conscious and unconscious mind, a bridge between hidden knowledge and the material world. But the charge of the two pillars beside her is mutable.

The moment we fixate on their rigidity, the Temple of Solomon disappears.

The pillars uphold the as-yet-unknown quality of the threshold.

Do you know what your dharma is?

Mine is, and always has been, speaking the language of soul. Delving into Dream. Being a watcher of the night (my second name is literally the Norman word for Night Watch).

But I didn’t realise my dharma until I was about 28 (hello Saturn return). And I’ve spent the last 8 years working towards it. And I’m finally here… feet rooted in that part of the earth, of my path, where I am most at home. The space between my Taurus Sun and (Full) Scorpio moon. The place of the embodied mystery. Embodied Dream Weaving… ahhhh.

And there is one person, one very special friend who saw my dharma more clearly than I did. Who invited me on, deeper and further down that path until I knew the way by myself.

Stepping into body from the
ground up. Thank you so
much for inviting us into
your awakening. Thank you so
much for pouring the water
into my bones, my foot skimming
through the morning stream. Toes drink
in the vitality of self.

She is looking
down into the earth, face to mud,
ants emerging from the unseen
pockets, wood lice burrowing in the
shorn limbs of the murdered tree stump.
She is lifting her gaze to the blue loch sky
as the daisy unfurls her white arms to
bare her face once again. I let my hand
be held in the shaft of
daylight until palm meets palm.
Soil and seed dancing in the tenderness
as a rose blossoms between
us and I can no longer distinguish
you from I, Shiva from Shakti.

Until until until
she is ready to emerge, fully formed,
Lalita. All the essences of her handing me
a hydrangea and stamping in the dew.
Footprints in my heart, my head
resting in your lap.
We say yes to life.

Yes, universal symbolism carries a charge. But here’s the truth: a symbol only matters if it shimmers with aliveness in your body. The meaning isn’t in the translation—it’s in the felt experience.

In my free upcoming workshop, Symbols of Awakening, I’ll introduce you to 5 key symbols of awakening. We’ll explore how we can enliven the symbolic in the body through the somatic unconscious.
